Videocon D2H — Videocon D2H Antenna | |||
Yesterday(10th Feb 2016) my videocon D2H antenna has been damaged by monkeys. I requested to videocon customer care for repair the antenna. Today(11th Feb 2016) engineer came & told me that the part of antenna which broken down is only costing 5o rupees but it is not available in the company anymore so i need to change whole antenna & will cost 525 rupees. I refuse to change my antenna because if parts is only for 50 then why should pay 525 rupees it is actually headache of company. Plz look into the matter what ever is possible.
