Videocon D2H — Failed set top box | |||
Saga Continues... Below complaint was resolved in the begining of July by providing a refurbished DVR set top box. And now within 1 month, even that box is not booting up. This complaint is also pending now since last 1.5 weeks (Complaint#[protected] /[protected] on 1st August and #[protected] on 23th July). Can you please help me here? OR let me know what options I have other than discontinuing your services for ever. Thanks Amit Videocon D2H - Failed Set Top Box - Complaint open since 15 days Bokaa on Jun 30, 2015 For Customer ID# 96416530, I registered 1st complaint on 16th of June for Set Top box (DVR HD DVR) since then no service technician visited. I call up support# every day hearing same apology and promise to send engineer in 8 hrs. Sometimes reason changes to monsoon in mumbai.. but even that is no more now. Every time, they give a new complaint# and escalate against there engineer. LAtest complaint# is[protected] which due to resolve tomorrow. I am not sure what to do so trying to get some help here.
