For new connection they call instantly but at the time of service and complain there is no one to resolve the problem. For New customer please Be aware of this product.My complaint was registered on 17th August but till date no engineer has visited my place. My d2h is shut from the last 1 month, I call every day twice n is been told that the engineer will surely visit today but no one has. No Signal since last 1 monthI have registered my complaint on 23/August/2014 for non availability of signal since 25/July/2014. My complaint No. is[protected]. I have talked with your operators many times and he said the engineer will visit for resolving the problem but still not a single engineer was came from your company.
