Prasad/Team, Customer Id: 30822388 This is Worst service example are given by videocon team I was upgrade my D2h set top box from SD to HD on14th sept'16 and @ 23rd sept afternoon 1:00 PM it is stop working even power is not coming. Hence, we raised complaint to Customer care :[protected] and the most funnest moment is this complaint closed with any resolution. next day 24th sept we call CC to know the status of complaint then CC told me old Complaint closed we raised new complaint :[protected]By Mr. Naresh Thakur CC team ) with obviously with false promise like we solved this issue till today evening. So from yesterday CC just take complaint and there is no service team visited to my place to closed this issue. Is this kind of service example are given by VideoconD2h Team? I am holding this connection from 2010 and recommended to so many people who is looking for D2h services. but from now a days i will stop to doing this and ask them to think about connection.
