My customer I'd is 29204013, registered in the name of Rohit k modi. I suffered every time of recharge made. So last month (Aug. )30 I have called the customer care and asked for minimum recharge amt. For 1 month. The executive suggested me the gold pack of rs. 241/- for one month so I made recharge of rs. 241/-on 30Aug.2015 but on 15th sep. 2015 again service was disconnected. When I called the customer care and filed complaint against they not giving me the satisfactory solution. from last 15 days my TV set is off I called them so many time and always they are giving me a new complaint registration number. When I asked to talk with sr. Officer, he relplied that we will call u back. But they never. Please take a steps against such fraud service and make them refund my amount. or discontinue the service, take back their set top box, cancel my registration and refund my deposit.
