Videocon — defective product | |||
Dear sir/madam, I purchased videocon LED tv for Rs. 44500, but got a very defective product from videcon and vijay sales. Now even when the product is in 3 year 24X7 on site warranty videcon is not repairing/ replacing product. It was purchased on 10.06.2015 and after 3 days of installation it stopped working. Videcon is saying they will repair but it has been many days and no repair till now. Videcon is saying Vijay sales provided us a defective product and Vijay Sales is saying Videocon is giving us defective product.
