I have purchased a Philips DDB LED TV from NEXT showroom. Philips offer a 1 year free Videocon DTH service. How ever this is a fooling strategy to sell the LED. After the purchase of the TV once you try to install the DTH connection from Videocon the real problem starts . First thing is that the TV given to me from the show room was not compatible with the smart card offered by the Videocon DTH service. They said me to replace the TV for which they made me travel to their showroom by carrying the faulty TV.Once i reached there they made me wait for 1 hr and finally turned up saying that there no stock and i need to go to another show room to get the TV replaced. After all the struggle once the TV has been replaced.
The problem starts with the Videocon DTH service . I called them several times both Videocon DTH Office as well as the customer service. Each time i called, they kept on asking the problem and never took any effort to note down the problem . After several follow up an engineer arrives and he come sup with a smart card and installs it and advice me to keep the TV on for half an hour to get it activated. Though i kept it on for several hours no thing happened . The same story continues for a week. Even after all these there is no resolution provided by Videocon or NEXT showroom.
Guys sincere advice never go for "NEXT " Philips and their Videocon DTH service . It's a pathetic experience. Was this information helpful? |
