[Resolved] Videocon — Facing No Signal Error | |||
I am Videocon D2h customer and my customer ID is :[protected]. I am facing no signal issue since yesterday. I called your customer service many times but still didn't get any response. After trying so many times finally i had a word with your customer service representative and he asked me to pay Rs 170 to your technician. I am unable to understand why i need to pay this extra amount. This is not my fault, then why do I need to pay this amount and if i pay the amount this time, then for how long this amount will be applicable or do i need to pay this amount everytime whenever i face such issues? Could you please explain and revert me with a good acceptable solution as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please be informed that your product warranty is of 1 year and the installation warranty which includes the service visit charge is of 1 month from the date of activation. We understand that since the installation warranty is expired you will be charged Rs 170/- for an engineer visit. In case a product swap is required and if the product is covered under the product warranty then swapping charges and service visit charge will not be applicable.
