Videocon — Faulty Compressor for VIDEOCON SPLIT AC 1.5 Tons

It is not even 2 years that we have purchased the videocon air conditioner 1.5 Ton - and the compressor failed. We registered the complain and the company said that the compressor will be replaced and they charged me Rs. 2500 for gas filling. With in 1 day again the AC Stopped working and when the service technician came he took the machine and said that now there is a problem with the conduit and the conduit has to be replaced and now the company Videocon is again asking me Rs. 3500 for the same. I already said when you have replaced the compressor it was your duty to get the things right before delivery. the AC was purchased for Rs. 25000 and in 1.8 years they are asking me Rs. 5500 for the same. I dont know what kind of company these people are managing and running. I am still being following up with them and asking them about my machine they are not giving the things in writing to me. My AC is with Videocon since 15 days and there is no revert from their end. Dont know if i must file a law suite for such small thing ? they are saying me AAP CASE KAR DO HUMARE UPAR HUME KUCH FARQ NAHI PADTA.. i HAVE ALL THE NECESSARY PROOF WITH COMPLAIN NO.
