[Resolved] Videocon — Faulty part in television

Vu tv was purchased last year.
Details of the purchase is being shared with the attached images.

Faulty part of the television is not getting replaced after taking multiple follow ups we just get the response that the part will be replaced. This has been going on since past 10 days. Videocon officials are now saying that they are unable to find that particular component and it will again take time..
Now that only 1 month is left for the warranty.. I fear they don't start saying that the product is out of warranty.
Ideally the television should have been replaced

Similar problem occurred few months back when the television was replaced now again we are facing the same issue.

However, this time it seems they are not taking our complaint seriously.
