Videocon India — 3 Months old TV switches over to a different channel and turns on with huge volume | |||
I ordered a Videocon 40" LED HD TV through flipkart order# OD[protected], on three months o[censored]sage the TV when turned off and turned back on, it brings up a random channel and not the one that was on during the turn off time frame along with huge noise. I could not reach the contact numbers provided for flipkart and videocon, no one responds or the number is invalid. I can troubleshoot if there is any settings that could be changed from my end with their guidance over phone. Very bad experience with Flipkart. I can be reached out at [protected] - Chennai.
