Videocon India — Complaint against Videocon Service Center

I really need Your Help With This. I Am Writing To Bring To Your Attention A Serious Issue Iam Having With Your Air Conditioner And Mainly The People In Service For Videocon. With Lots Of Reluctance And A Heavy Heart, I Am Writing This Letter To You As A Final Resort. I Brought Your Product Consider As An Indian Made Trusted Brand and hoping a better service by the pepole of videocon, But I Was Totally Wrong. Your Product As Well As your Customer Service Both Are Very Poor. They Are Not Able To Resolve The Issue Of Customer And Iam Really Shame With The Behavior By The Area Manager(Surjith, Calicut) After Lots Of Follow-Ups I’m Complaining In Written And Hope Problem Will Resolve As Soon As Possible. Details……………… On the Date 15.03.2015 I Brought Videocon AC from Nadilath Electronics(calicut).Next day i found my remote was not sensing properly.So I Called On Customer Care Number, next day one person from videocon came and checked the AC and he told my product sensor is on right side so i have to put my hands up and press the button to sense properly he also added all AC are like this only.I belived him as i had no idea on AC. The problem continued and i was so irrited with your product and i decided to went to the shop from where i took the product for replacement.From there i got information that all AC should sense from any corner of the room.They dirctly called the videcon sevice centre. Next day another person from videocon came and he removed all the parts of AC and told that its the Remote problem.He told we will replace the remote within 2 days as its a new model there will be delay.I told oky.And i waited for 2 weeks and i got noting from videocon service.Again i went to the shop and my patience was lost.they again called the videocon pepole and told my problem.The same man came to my home from videocon with a new remote and still the same issue sensing was not okay.He also failed to troubleshoot the problem.Than he told he will send some person to check and i told no need and i asked him for the replacement.He was not ready and he misbehaved to me. Next day another person from videocon came saying he is the main person and he is ready to help us.It was the 3rd person.He also removed evrytimg from indoor unit and failed to troubleshoot the problem.Than he told it may be because of the height of the AC.And told changing the position IT CAN BE OK.He was not sure.They just wanted to put the dump on us and escape by saying unwanted xcuses.When i told him to change the indoor unit and check he told its not possible becasuse there is no complaint on the product so they cannot replace and he also added some videocon products are like this only its the compamy fault.Atlast the conversation between us reched in a bad manner and he finally he told let them change the sensor and check to find out the next day itself and he also told if its working with the new sensor he will replace the entire product. I waited and called him for more than two weeks.No response!!.one month over.i was really upset with your product.I had no choice because it was my money, so Again i had to visit the shop for my replacement and they told they cant do noting unless videocon service people say someting.I had to shout on them but they are helpless I KNOW.Atlast they registered the complaint for us. So on my frustrated mind I again called Videocon customer care. Another engineer came he checked the issue and finally told me its LIGHT issue.They came with a new sensor, they REMOVED ALL MY INDOOR UNIT again and they replaced the old one with the new.The problem was not solved.then he switch the lights off and tried, then it started working from some area but still not fully.Still it missed some places.Atlast he told its the problem with our light in that room and it works when the light is off, its some radiation problem.HE managed to troubleshoot the problem somehow.But still it missed some places.They told they cant say anyting about the replacement for that they had to contact the area manager. Next day SURJITH (VIDEOCON AREA MANAGER CALICUT) called me through the phone and asked me about the problem.I told no more checking on my AC anymore you have to give me a replaement of the product, he told its not possible he will come directly to my home and check the issue. Today morning SURJITH came to my home and i told him in detail what all thing i had to face after buying your product.He told he is ready to terminate all the service people who gave me wrong information on the product and remote and behaved badly to me.I told no need of that i need a replacemnt.He was not willing for that and he told its our LIGHT mistake and angle mistake.He told us to change our light with some local light.After Switching the lights off i showed him the places where i couldint sense.Then he told its the problem with our room.I was so anger by his talks and i finally told him to give me the replacement and he told he cant do anyting.How could i manage my patience!!!when i told him strongly i need to know what you are going to do.He throw the remote to my bed and told me do what you want to do lets see..and he went off I was really shocked, He used some words that he should not and it was in front of my parents he used such words.SAME MAN TOLD ME HE WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE PEOPLE WHO CAME BEFORE.NOW WHO WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS MAN. Iam really fed up with your product and service people.I really really did a great mistake.i could have gone for some other brand if it was like this. PLease make my refund of the product or give me a replacemnt of the entire product. If in the next 24 hrs i am not getting any reply from your end i will be forced to lodge a complaint against the dealer and the company as i am very much annoyed by the way your peoples are responding. I know that as the service engineer replied that after lodging a compliant i wont be served properly and he will take revenge of that by making fault from my end during his visit for the compliant. I would rather request you to look into the matter and make it sure that such type of person are not asset of the company but really they are the persons who makes company to be out of market.How can i be satisfied with the product when a fresh product is removed fully more than 3 times to troubleshoot the problem without knowing that it was the lights problem.No one can be satisfied when a new product is done like this and moreover they had made a lots of marks and scratch over the indoor. please take necessary action towards the people. Iam not sure wheater you take action towards this kind of people.But i need my product to be perfect and user friendly .Still belive in you videocon.Hope you will Help me. My questions are Why is company appointing such an inefficient technician? Why my AC is not sensing in a small room? Is it remote problem? is it room problem? is it light problem? is it AC problem? IS this the sensing capacity of a videocon AC?(compared to oter brand No such sensing problem) Who is responsible for this? Me as a customer who trust a company, ? I am not going to request your company to sort out this matter but you are bound to do that... Secondly as an organization you should be aware what your engineers are doing they are cheating the company and customer both. I need to get this sorted out urgently.
