Iam using your services since last 5 years, Iam always happy with your services, But to my surprise that i am receiving very bad response from your customer care center my last three cal were totally neglected by associate and senior of that particular department as well, That customer care executives are not having manners of talk to the customer and also not having the product knowledge.I have activate name caller tune on my number one week ago, But yet it has not been updated even after three calls to customer care, Kindly take the corrective action You are also requested to train ur customer support associate properly also sorry to say that i have decided to port my num to any other network.
