The AMC for my LED TV 5yr warranty extension has not been delivered to me till now and everytime excuses are being made from your customer care about the mistake. Very dissatisfied with videocon services pls sort out this issue immediately. Customer care says this person would resolve by the area service incharge but no answer from him from past 2 months.
