This is with reference to the complaint no. DEL[protected] logged on 20 July regarding "No cooling" in Split AC. Initially engineer from "Perfect Solution" - Janak Puri visited & without taking pain to probe the cause of gas leakage, they refilled the gas & charged me for Gas refill & service charges & complaint got closed. But next day same problem persist again for which I got the complaint re-opened. After several calls the customer care engineer came after 2 days & after inspection told me that there is leakage in the cooling coil in the indoor unit so they need to take this to their workshop. From last 3 days I am tired of calling the service center and vendor "Perfect Solutions" but all in vein. No action is taken yet.
Can you please look in this matter urgently & do required escalations to resolve this? Also the behaviour of the Vendor "Perfect Solution" is not at all satisfactory & rude. The company should keep check on the kind of services extended by their vendor's as it affects the company reputation and name.
