My name is D.N.Gupta and my address is: 109, Neelgiri Apartments, sector 9, Rohini, New Delhi - 85. Following are the details of my TV:

In April, I had some operating Issues with the functioning of my TV due to which I contacted your Sector 3 Service Center (i.e. By The Name Of Digital Solutions). They took my TV for 2 Weeks And charged me INR 4700.00 for some part replacement and servicing. Unfortunately, TV stopped working after few days (May be the part that they had replaced was not an original part), for which I again called the service centre support @ Sector 3, Rohini. Now Its been almost 2 Weeks again that they still have my TV with them BUT now when I call them to check the status they behave rude And keeps on disconnecting the call. On Top Of That When I Inquired about the status of delivery from them, after repeated calls, they told me that they don't know Where my TV is? And don't know when It will get it delivered?
Now Its Shocking And Pathetic not Only for Customer Service But also On The Grounds Of Responsibility..
Hope you will take this Feedback Positively And You Will Keep A Track At Your Service Center's Support. As these are the guys who takes care of after sale services and is harassing the customers.
I request you to please look into this matter, As Digital Solutions(Your Service Center) At Sector 3, Rohini Delhi, Is Incapable Of Giving Me Any Information/Update about the Delivery Of My TV. I Have Already Paid for the services But didn't got my TV(in appropriate condition) yet And the Service Center Is not answering to my queries. Hope You Understand My Situation. 'I just want my TV back in good condition for which I paid for'.
