Videocon India — Refrigerator making noise

I have lodged a complaint in Vijay sales a well known vendor in Mumbai for two times in a week and till today no one has responded me from Videocon. This is a real pity on the company that an equipment is not working well just within 3months of purchase and the company is not ready to even respond and come for a check. The refrigerator's compressor is making a noise which is unbearable. This complaint is against the vendor Vijay Sales and Videocon.
