[Resolved]  Videocon India — washing machine not working

Sir i have purchased a videocon fully automatic washing in 2011 and since then it been working fine but in feb 2014 IT stopped working so I registered a complaint on the companies registered complaint number the engineer came and was unable to resolve the problem . He took the washing machine to the service centre and returned it after 15 days .on inquiring i came to know that PCB was replaced and they charged 3500 rupees for the same. It worked fine for two days and again stopped working . To my utter surprise the fault was same PCB not working. I registered the complain and engineer came after lot of heated arguments and discussion as they wanted to charge again for the visit and rectifying the fault. My issue is that when the washing machine is not working even after the fault rectification and that too same problem why i should be made to pay again and again... had the nature of complain be different I would have paid for the visit and fault rectification. I will be highly grateful to you if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible.
