Videocon India — worst service and support | |||
i am a user of videocon led tv from 13/09/2014. model number of the led tv is usw32hh2fk. i had lodged complain on 21 march 2015 regarding some picture problem in the tv. my complain number was lodged at that time was - VAR[protected]. after lodging the complain, engineer from Videocon has visited and told us that, i will a get a call for replacing the tv panel. but till date, i have not received a single call from videocon. still i am facing same problem. another complain was also lodged on 24th march 2015 through sms service. after continuing the same problem, once again i had lodged the complain on 20th June 2015. my complain number is VAR[protected]. after lodging the first complain and latest complain (both dates are mentioned), our problem is not solved. earlier i was a user of LG, and we have received a good service and support from the LG. due to very worst and bad customer support of videocon, i would like to say that kindly replace my led tv as early. it is height of inconvenience. if videocon wants rating from my side, i would like to give 01 out of 10.
