Respected Sir, I bought Videocon mobile through online shoping in January 2015, but after three months its battery deep troubled me, when I met Videocon service centre at Nellore in Andrapradesh on 29/5/15, they said that it wiibe replaced with new battery with in 15 days, but no result till now.I also complained "Videocon mobile Customer care centre' two times, they also gave me complaints numbers, every time I called them "they are saying only your complaints numbers shows no status".so I want to fill a complaints to consumer court.please help me how to solve my problem . my complaint No's are :[protected] [protected] please help me.
