[Resolved] Videocon — Mobile Service.

I Bought a Videocon Mobile A31, in Feb this year (2014), in about 2-3 months I had problem with the phone and approached a service centre in Chennai who said the on/off switch needs to be replaced to get it repaired, they said it would take 10 days to get the spares and asked me to surrender the phone to them, I did so on 15th July'14, after continued follow up also I did not get my phone as committed rather they informed me that the mother board has to be replaced and it is been sent to Noida service centre on 29th July, they told I would get my phone in 10 days, but it now more than 1 month and yet I have not got my mobile back, when I contact the service centre in Chennai they give contradicting information and my mails to videocon support desk is left unanswered. Not sure if I would get my phone back at all.
