Hi,
I've raised complaint on 20-may-2016 for the service cancellation because of the poor service. Complaint id[protected] and they mentioned it will be solved on 27-may-2016 at 2:00pm.
But till now, the issue it not getting solved and also they have raised the new complaint today 27-may-2016 from the back end team without my knowledge and they mentioned it will be solved on 3-jun-2016 at 10:39am, complaint id[protected].
For the past 10 days, i didn't watch the channels because of the issue. But my account is debiting by the provider day by day.
Also, the same issue happened on 29-apr-2016 with the set box issue, that time also, i was not able to watch the channels for 5 days.
Is it possible to get the refund for the above days.
I've called the call center and spoke with the supervisor for the setup box cancellation issue and also asked for the new complaint is raised without my knowledge. But they told all the reason for the issue.
Now, i'm not able to make the call for the customer care through my registered mobile number. I think, they have included my mobile in no screening.
Please do the needful for the service discontinue.
