Videocon — Problem in installation of ac-1.5 ton | |||
Sub;-ac1.5 ton booked at coolex mid night at lucknow, delivered by m/s ruchi electronics, sec-b, jankipuram, lucknow in the name of manjula tiwari, at m-2/159, sec-c, jankipuram, lucknow First of all i am using your ac for last 5 years & i have got enough install material from your good office such as wire, pipes etc but at this time the installation material is too less that installation material can not ful fill the complete installation. During installation i have paid 200 rupees to your person & purchased other material for rs.300 . Total rs.500 was spent & delayed in installation by 5 days. Even water pipe too less & your so-called mechanic never connected or told me that pipe are needed . Any way, your services are so poor & behaviour of staff are too bad .
