[Resolved]  Videocon — Problem with D2H services

Issue - continuos problem with dish.

On 29th july i have registered a complaint & cancelled the same as the problem got resolved automatically.

On 30th july i have eagain raised the complaint and the engineer visited & problem got resolved & engineer has taken their visit charges.

Then again there was same problem, then on 7th aug again we have registered the complaint & briefed customer care executive about the situation but i was surprised when they infomred that "our engineer has not visited, ur problem got auto resolved".
Which was not correct. Then i asked them a simple question that who has given feedback that it got auto resolved??? Or u should have called us to get the feedback??? But neither of this happen

Then they have registered my complaint of this issue on 7th & informed that it will get resolved by 8th, 12:00 pm. But again on 8th, i called them and asked about the resolution they told it will take another 24 hour. But till today i hv not got any resolution.
Then today again i called, they have no answers & again registered the same complaint.
Now, i am feed up from all this & need solution.

Since i have already paid visit charges but problem was till date not resolved. So, i expect that with this e-mail someone should understand my issue & provide resolution.
