Videocon — Refrigerator not working, purchased on Aug-2013

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased the Refrigertor from Snehanjali showroon from Mira Raod on Aug-2013 however from last 3 days refrigeraror is not working and even after lodging the complaint to customer care of Videocon no one is responding.

I am very much upset and due to technical error its affecting my day to day activities.

Will request you to intervene and resolve my issue.
