Videocon — Regarding disconnection due to breakage of clamp not working... | |||||
SIR, my custmor id is66522685 @ Ambernath name Jinendra Kothari. previously also receiver(white) was disconnected and later by callimp with some plastic ng local d2h service person it was repaired by jointing plastc clamp.with solution and he charged a good amount. Now agaIn the clamp broken and tv is not in working being cable not connected properly. The clamps are worst quality. please change the clamp without charging as previously also i have paid for same.. An amount of Rs. 1365/- is already paid up to May 2016. PL.ask to give proper service or I have to go for another tata sky services.though i am having connected with D2H since last 3-4 years. Please be informed that currently your product with customer ID – 66522685 is out of warranty and therefore as a company service policy there will be service visit charge of Rs. 150/- applicable and In case of any defective part/product replacement required necessary charges will be communicated by the service engineer during the time of visit.
