Videocon — regarding dth2 recharg

sir. i have recharged of 500/- rs.on 3.5.2015. but i have not got recharge till date. i have complained local dealer. he straight way refused.i have foreword my complaint to his higher dealer.he didn't' take care. complaint to vedeocon customer care. they are not responding, my id no is96413490. my mob no is [protected]. receipt no of dealer is 642 dtd.3.5.2015 my complaint no.[protected] dtd.17.5.15 [protected] dtd.22.5.15 [protected] dtd.27.5.15
