[Resolved] Videocon — Smart led tv | |||
Smart led tv purchased for rs. 39990/- 1st piecer faulty replaced by another piece.Giving problem for last 2 months. Engineer unable to locate the problem. Half portion of tv is black and half poortion is functioning. Hence colloected by your service centre on 24/09/2015. Today i have received call from mr. Sudhir kadam offerring replacement by ddb ll or 4k tv. In this regard i am not interested to buy 4k as difference amount is considerable whereas ddb ll price is less than my smart tv price by 2000/3000. As you will be demanding difference of 4k then whether you will pay difference of ddb ll to me if i accept your offer. Otherwise give me the same smart tv. Also smart function is not available in ddb ll tv. Now i feel that i have made great mistake by purchasing your tv . I will also note in future whether to go for any videocon product and also whether to recommend to my friends. Your service centers are also not kind enough to give status of my complaint. Every time i have to run or call all your engineers/support services. Your immediate action if done is highly appreciated otherwise in fuuture i will never buy any videocon prodouct or recommend it. Thanks. 30/09/2015 despite my 2 emailed complaints you have not replied or solved my problem. Your asi asking for 1 week more for replacement of led tv. Already 8 days lapsed. Please give me exact date when my led tv will be replaced. Your support personnel are only diverting the calls but no one is sincere to solve the problem. Unnecessarily i am only the sufferer and you are not bothered about my situation. Please place yourself in my shoes and imagine how you would have acted.
