Order ID OD[protected] with Reference Number: [protected]Technician Visit-Videocon-VJE32HH-2XAF [Incident: [protected]] (4) Re: Order ID: OD[protected]Technician Visit-Videocon-VJE32HH-2XAF [Incident:[protected]] 1) Product was delivered and installed (32inch Videocon TV). 2) After installation, it was observed that TV was returning back to Channel 1 & High Sound Bar#30, soon after switching on TV (instead of switching to the last viewed channel & last set sound volume) and also observed that TV picture quality was not that much good and escalated the issue both to the Seller (Videocon) and Flipkart. 3) Technician resolved the issue of channel getting switched to #1 upon switch on ( & also High sound upon switch on) but in that process sound clarity got damaged and noise/echo is injected in the sound. That means, echo/resound is coming in a few channels and picture quality is also not so good(numbers & alphabets are appearing on the screen now & then). They claims that issue is because of Cable Connection and not having set top box 4) Since we strongly believed that it is not due to cable TV connection & not due to the absence of set top box, escalated once again to Seller (Videocon) and Flipkart 5) Flipkart arranged another technician from Videocon and they too claim the same issue (cable problem) and not agreeing for the existence of an issue. 6) As our neighbor's are having same kind of LED TV and same cable TV connection and getting good sound quality (without any noise/echo) and picture quality, we strongly believed that it is not due to cable tv connection problem(ie., absence of set top box), we once again escalated the issue to Seller(Videcon) and Flipkart. But this time arranged settop box from neighbours. 7) This time, With neighbors set top box, we are able to demonstrate that there is a noise/echo in the sound and deterioration in picture quality. However, as expected, this time also, Videocon technicians not willing to accept that there is noise/echo in the sound quality and picture quality. 8) Please be noted that so far they were blaming 'not having set top box' and not agreeing for the existence of the issue in the system. And even after demonstrating the problem with neighbour's set top box, they claim same thing that there is no problem. 9) Even our neighbour also argued with the Videocon Technician that how come sound is so bad and their TVs sound is good despite of old TV (but same set top box and same operator, same building) but they are not ready to accept the same. 10) I had already raised my concern with the Flipkart team when they were trying to mediate on this this issue i.e., "how come Videocon Technician can give a report that their own product is defective? If they do so, they would get an internal remark which is a simple logic to understand. That's why I provided my feedback to Flipkart team that either they could arrange their own technician (i.e., Flipkart technician) or another company technician to conduct an impartial 3rd party inspection. Unfortunately Flipkart rejected my feedback which is not really acceptable. Having running & managing a Billion Dollars business, if they do not have their own technicians to provide unbiased 3rd party inspections in case of disputes like this, how could they manage their business in the near future? Obviously Seller Technicians do not agree that their own product is defective. 11) In my case, in every visit of technician, am demonstrating that there is noise/echo in the sound which they are denying on the name of cable tv connection. Hence I demonstrated with settop box connection also and still they deny that there is no problem (and give silly reasons that some channels will not relay properly. If it so, how come others are getting those channels properly with same set top box, with same Hathway Operator, in the same building and floor? Even my neighbour also agreed that there is a problem in sound quality and picture quality but these technicians are agreeing and giving every time clean report to the Flipkart team & their management. 12) Since I am not satisfied with this product quality as a customer, requested Flipkart either ensure to replace the product or allow me to go for another brand TV(ex: Philips, which is even higher cost than Videocon) or refund the amount. 13) I aslo assured that I don't mind, even if they do not refund the amount but take back the product because it is difficult to bear such a pathetic Videcon customer care for 3 years. 14) Here my point is clear: Flipkart, being a such multibillion dollars company, must have their own technician team/3rd party technician team to provide unbaised verification and judgement in this kind of disputes ( I assured them that If any 3rd party technician, i.e, other than Vidoecon Technician, says that there is issue in the TV, I would agree for it without any arguments but they are not ready for the same. 14) I also suggested Vidocon that atleast make arrangements to return the product without refund also.. that also they are not doing ..because, it is difficult to bear such an unfriendly and pathetic customer service for the next 3 years (Videocon customer care executives and managers do not lift the phone also by looking at your number on their mobile.. such a pathetic customer service for Videocon) Hence please do the justice.. Flipkart, being a multimillion dollars company, must have an arbitration
mechanism to resolve the issues in this kind of disputes because every
seller like Vidoecon in Flipkart says that their product is best and there is no flaw
in their product. Hence either they(Flipkart) must have their own
technician team or tie ups with any 3rd part technician teams to provide
unbiased inspection and reliable report so that it could be
acceptable to both the parties (i.e., customer and seller). Here in this
kind of issues, we need to depend on only Videocon technician and their
technicians never agree that their own product is defective which is a
simple logic. In such case, how the customer voice will be heard and
justice will be done the customer?

In this particular case, I was ready to loose my full amount(Rs.17990/-) without any
refund also and requested to arrange for the returning the product. This is
enough for any one to understand, how much I dissatisfied with the
product (Videocon TV) but Videocon & Flipkart does not care for the customer satisfaction which
is really not agreeable. And when we complain to Videcon, without our consent and satisfactory closure, they send a message saying that your compliant is closed (ex:HYD[protected]) which is a worst internal policy of Videocon.
