[Resolved]  Videocon — Touch key problem in A31

Sir, I purchased Videocon mobile A31 in March"14 after 3 months it's touch key problem started. I went to service center on 22-july-2014 and submit my handset and they told, it will repair after 8-10 days after 10 days they told to wait for 5 more days, and again and again they are going to pros pone the date, after one month they didn't return my handset and also not giving any clear response. service center executives are not having idea regarding videocon mobile handsets.
