Videocon — Videocon cheating their customers | |||
My name is santa. I am using videocon dth since last three years. Since last three days not getting malayalam tv channels in the dish, displays a message that signal not found. I have complained the same but videocone asking for service charges for visiting home. I have already paid for one year subscription. So why they are asking for additional fee for problems which is not in my side. The problem is not only for me. Most of the customers i my area suffering this and videocon asking for fee for rectifying the same. Signal problem is due to videocone poor service so why we customer to pay additional for that. If they are altering their signals strength why i should pay fee for rectifying that. I will surly give publicity for this issue through social media's so that people may be alert when buying this dish. My mob [protected]. Any one can call me regarding my issue.
