[Resolved]  Videocon — Videocon d2h not working and company is not resolving this issue for days

I raised my complaint on 19th may that my d2h connection is not working through costumer care and there after i did not receive any technician till date to resolve the issue.
Every day when i enquire the status in the morning they would again say it will be resolved by evening and when i call again in the evening they would say it will be resolved by tomorrow morning. Like this they have delayed for 9 days and so far this is not fixed.
Firstly a customer representative will take up the phone and if i ask something they will forward it to the supervisor. He will repeat the same story and say they have raised the complaint on technician on 21st may.
It seems like the technician is least bothered about this complaint as well.
These videocon d2h, does not have good standard practices or process in place and also are understaff to resolve this issue.
And again in addition to the connection i also purchased “videocon premiere club” membership card. This card states it provides “priority service” but in fact after purchasing this card for extra 500 rupees /-, they have not prioritized in resolving the issue but rather there are not attending the issue at all.
In fact one of the supervisor in the call said there are about “3000” + complaints there are understaff and are not able to resolve the issue.
This is written with frustration as my complaint was not resolved even after 9 days of time. And also due to this in efficiency of videocon d2h manages/ staff i lost my valuable time and money because the customer care is not of free call to raise complaints. These people do not respond or does not know how to attend the call as well, they will be so much background noises, they will not proper information, they will hold the call for several minutes then again they will take time to forward to supervisor. These people are very smart as we purchased the product and if we cancel the services they will not be in loss. The only loss would be to the costumers so they hardly care about the customers.
I am still waiting to see if this gets resolved.
Therefor my advice is please do not chose to go for videocon d2h as they have forcustomer service is very very very bad. Think before you go for this.
