[Resolved] Videocon — Videocon fridge not working properly | |||
I bought a fridge from Videocon on 02.11.13.It was working fine.But after 1 month, problems started such as gasket problem and fridge was not working properly.Many complaints were lodged and got serviced by the company but the problems are still present. This problem should have been solved within the warranty period which is now over. So, now i have to get the problem solved by paying service charges. I would request the concerned Company manager / staff to look into this matter.
