[Resolved] Videocon — Worst service in videocon d2h

I'm using videocon d2h from 1 year, but network is so bad, from last 4 days there is error message as signal not found, i called customer care and informed the same, they are telling they will take a complaint and send engineer and charges will be 200rs for checking that.
My concern is if signal not available what is customer's mistake in it and why customer is getting charged for it, ok if i'm paying that 200rs charges now what if in next week i will face same problem, i will be charged 200rs again. So i feel videocon d2h is looting customers.
