Videocond2h Ltd — Set box and adaptor changing | |||
I have purchased a Videocon D2H product in july2013 and after one and half yr the set up Box and Adaptor were fully damaged and one field executive came to house and changed the set box and Adaptor and have charged 275/INR for set up box and 250/ for Adaptor.When i complained to the customer care, they have promised to brought back the Adaptor's charge as 250 into my account.Till now no money is transfered to my account... my D2H iD is[protected].
