I have purchased a air cooler of symphony from vijay sales but its not cooling at all and nothing more when i launched a complaint aginst it their executive told me. That their executives will come to me within 2 to 3 working days but now it's more than a week nobody has come yet to check whether the customer complaints is valid or not infact not even receive a single call from them...
