Vijay Sales — Complaint :Horrible Experience with Vijay Sales

Dear All, Greetings for the day! This regarding a Carrier AC ordered from Vijay Sales. I, Mr. Rony Chatterjee purchased a carrier AC Model no Estrella Plus 3 Star 1.5 T from Vijay Sales Lajpat Nagar on 10/05/2015(Sunday) in the afternoon. The Delivery note specifies the No on it as 362-UIP05-15SDN-434 and the code as[protected] The delivery of the same was assured to DLF Ankur Vihar, Loni Ghaziabad area on 12/05/2015(Tuesday) by 12 pm without any delivery charges. We were following up rigorously up with the Lajpat Nagar branch with Mr. Varun and finally got to know that thes same will be delivered from your Indirapuram branch. A call was received in afternoon from Mr Dinesh from Indirapuram branch and he conveyed that the delivery will be chargeable @ Rs 2100/- which is some sort of Nagarpalika Tax and later on after a discussion the same was settled for a payment of Rs 720/-. We gave a green signal for the delivery amount on receipt of the tax challan of Rs 720/- . After continuous follow up and wait for the complete day on 12/05/2015, we were informed in the evening that the same cannot be delivered on the very same day. And if delivery is required the same day (12/05/2015) either the product can be pickup on our own from Lajpat Nagar branch of Vijay Sales or the same will reach our place from Indirapuram branch on 13/05/2015 noon. As it was already evening time and we are working people we opted for the second option still trusting the words of Vijay Sales. But again the company was a fail to fulfil its commitment of delivering the AC in noon on 13/05/2015 by giving us silly excuses by your branch officials on weather and no transaporatation available with the Co.. And the product reached us by 8.30pm on 13/05/2015 along with the technical people to install the AC. And finally the product reach with very unfruitful and sour argument with your branch heads of Lajpat Nagar i.e. Mr Varun and Indirapuram i.e. Mr. Dinesh for the payment of Rs 720/- which was a Nagarpali tax according to your staff without the receipt. And we were harassed for the payment of delivery by Vijay Sales for payment of the amount without the receipt of tax, which was not intimated to us at the time of purchasing the item.. And on top of that the technicians for installing the AC were not carrying any required material like Ply, plug and MCB. And on asking them they intimated that the same was not given by the Comany. Understanding that they will be carrying the material which will be provided to them by the company. On top of that the rotating wings of the AC are broken. I fail to understand that first of all the material of installation is the company’s work specially for the delivery in late hours of the day, when all the shops are almost closed and secondly the same is to be intimated to the customer the very first time if the same is to be arranged by the customer. The people we came across during all this conversations in these 4 days were Mr. Varun, Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Narender and Mr. Vijay, Mr. Rajeev, Ms Jyoti Tiwari collectively from your Lajpat Nagar and Indirapuram Branch. Even though we were on the suffering side, all of them were really rude and harsh with us in all their conversations. The whole episode was really annoying, torturous and harassing experience for us. And will never ever turn back in our entire life to So called Vijay Sales and will make sure not to recommend your company to any of our known people after such a worst experience. If you people have 1000 customers, we too as a customer have 1000 shops to purchase products. But these type of horrible experiences not only harasses the customer as well as wastes his time, which was complete 4 days in our case but on the other in a spot on the brand name as well. Carrier along with Vijay sales management should sensitize and advise the staff to give proper and apt information about everything to the customer the very first time. And deal with the customer in a soft and acceptable tone instead of being harsh, rude and using un parliamentary language to This mail is not for any individual in the organisation or for the delivery charges. Its about the unmanaged the way the organisation works and experience a customer takes away to his home along with the product.
