I had purchaed Faber cooktop a few years back.I had lodged a complaint two months back wherein the burner was working properly but the auto ignition was not working.An engineer attended and I paid the service chrges and the part charges .The auto ignition was wkg on that day Immediately the next day one burner stopped working & I complained again.The same engineer attended & said that the button is spoilt & I will have to pay for the button now.Please note that here was no problems with the button. After I refused he somehow repaired the button & went away.After a few days the other burner stopped working & I requested for the senior technician who told me now the button for the second burner is spoilt & asked me to pay for the second burner button. Since then which is more than a month my one burner is not working and the auto ignition is also not working.Please help!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
