[Resolved] Vijay Sales — Defective Samsung galaxy note 3 neo white sold to me by vijay sales bhandup | |||
I purchased Samsung galaxy note 3 neo n7500 from vijay sales in bhandup, LBS marg, Opp. asian paints on 27th Dec'14 for rs.23900.But within 1 hr the mobile started restarting by itself.This phone is not reading my sim card.It shows message "not registered in network" when i try to make a call.Also the screen freezes frequently.This was my first purchase from vijay sales and it turned out to be dissappointing.Vijay sales are selling defective product i think. vijay sales manager nitin told me that he will replace the mobile in 3 days time.Manager didnt had the guts to give it in writing that it will be replaced in 3 days.That means even he dont know when i will get the new mobile. Is this how Vijay sales serve their customers?They took full payment from me but when it came to customer service they started running away from their responsibility. I want my money back.
