Vijay Sales — Electrolux split unit with no after sale service | |||||
Electrolux split unit bought fm Pune station Road Br in Feb 16 Electrolux sevice refused to check the installation and to provide any future service as the installation was done by a third party. The reason being the Electrolux technicians were to fix the outdoor unit right outside the window and refused to install the same slightly away as per society's requirement . They were not ready to lift the unit from ground level to merely 10 feet as the house is on 1st floor. Now since the ac giving some trouble; Electrolux refuses to pay visit despite my repeated requests to the store manager. Was this information helpful? | |||||
