Purchased water purifier on evening of 16.10.16. Installed on 17.10.16. Water Purifier stopped functioning from 19.10.16. Lodged complaint with Vijay Sales on 20.10.16. Complaint No.1610B201954. I was informed that it will be attended to at the earliest. I called again on 20th Oct, 22nd Oct, 24th, 25th, 26th Oct. Only response I get is company person is supposed to visit the same day.
