Vijay Sales — Eureka Forbes Water Purifier Replacement | |||||
I purchased an Eureka Forbes W/Purifier Prime UV on 28th Aug 2016 from Ghatkopar Branch. The W/purifier has some problem in its internal circuit. I have raised the complaint to the store but till now they have not given replacement or any other solution. They sent mechanic thrice to check the problem in the beginning but nothing happened. It was a really bad experience that till now I am not getting replacement. Noe the store does not pick up phone calls and they don't respond also. Please tell me what I am supposed to do now? Its been a month and they are just sitting quite. It's really unprofessional. Hope to get a help from here. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Have purchasefs a TAB.. Off for almost a month. cant contact my MOM. In 12 months warranty 1 month wasted.. Will contact CONSUMER COURT for the same and wont step in vijay sales ever.
