I Wish To Inform You That Its Been Exactly 1 Month 7 Days I Have Purchased Air Conditioner From Vijay Sales (Bhandup). The Problem Started From Day 1 When The New AC Was Delivered To My House Which Was Found That New AC Was Defected And My Wife Had To Run Around Back To Dealre And Get It Replaced. After Exactly 7 Days AC Stopped Cooling And We Kept On Filling Complaint At[protected] And The Call Centre Rep Were Highly Rude And Misbehaved And Provided No Solution. Every Time They Took Compliant And Committed They Will Raise The Ticket But I Used To Receive Message For Cancellation. I Had To Wait For 15 Days For Mechanic To Come To My House And Still No Revert From Anyone Neither From Vijay Sales Nor From Videocon. Finally I Had To Re-Visit Vijay Sales And They Promised They Will Send Mechanic Today And The Mechanic Came After 6 Hours Of Complaint. I Am Still Waiting For My Problem To Get Resolved.
