Vijay Sales — Heating problem in Blackberry Q-10 phone after 6 Hours from purchase | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, I have purchased a Blackberry Q-10 phone on 02/02/2014 in the name of vasudha Gupta from your Indirapuram store Ghaziabad . After 6 hours phone is not working properly and I am facing heating problem and my data also damage due to heating problem. When i have visit ur store on 03/02/2014, your staff ( Mr.rajan and Mr.Dinesh) said they will send my phone to Blackberry service centre tomorrow and after that they will decode what will do. On, 05/02/2014, they said you can take ur old phone and problem is solve. but, I am facing problem last three days and now, I want to change my phone with new one. My experience is very bad with Vijay sales, because they are not deal proper and you have to change my phone. In future I will not recommend to any one for Vijay sales my experience is very bad. I have purchased Voltas window 1.5 ton AC (183CYA, 3 star) from vijay sales janakpuri with voucher no. 3030-DJK05-16SOA 1071 dated 21 May 16.The AC has not been delivered yet.
