From day one 28 NOv 15 the laptop has been slow .. after visiting showroom again in May 16, they reloaded the MS office / windows, but did not do a complete job . BIOS missing, photos cud not be loaded, wifi signal indicator taking time, slow running system, anti virus not re loaded, after repeated calls with Vijay Sales IT and HP, theres seems to be no resolution Was this information helpful? | |||||
