[Resolved] Vijay Sales — Negligent service and false promise and parts missing | |||
I am currently having an extremely bad experience with Vijay Sales. I bought a PureIT water purifier and an Elica Cooktop on 20th October 2013. I was promised installation within 2 working days. After a lot of follow-ups PureIT was finally installed on 26th October (i.e. 6 working days). However, I am still waiting for Elica Cooktop to be properly installed. On around 24th October, a technicial from Elica had come. However, he was not able to install properly and said he will come back another day. On 26th October, he again fiddled around with the cooktop for about 2 hours and was still not able to installit properly (burner's dim setting does not work). Now, customer care of Elica is telling me some parts is missing! I am surprised and disgusted that Vijay Sales sells products with parts missing. And despite a week having passed, it is unable to instal the product. They are also not responding to my requests to refund the money. Was this information helpful? | |||
