Vijay Sales — New mobile defective and not refunding the payment | |||||
I bought new Xperia M5 from Vijay Sales Borivali West Shahstri Nagar Branch on 28th Nov 2015. and noticed next day that the mobile is faulty. After 3 days of follow with sony centre they gave letter to change the mobile. I took same model again and the other piece also was faulty. Now as i am not satisfied with service i am asking to refund the payment and they are insisting to buy other brand which i am not liking. They are not co-operating at all. How can i forcefully buy any mobile which i dont like which is worth 32200/- rupees. They are also telling that you have to buy of the same amount or higher.
