No resolution even after year from vijay sales
Pasting the email communication which i did with customer care.. apart from that did several phone calls also but no proper resolution were provided.. started documenting these things just beacause i should have documentary proof.

Have removed my contact details from this..

First mail ware marked to them on 23rd july 2016 prior to that i was doing follow ups on phone since october 2015.

All @ Vijay sales,

Further to my mail dated 23rd July no revert from your team neither on phone or on email (as expected).

Finally have taken the details from your board line numbers.

Have made complaint in last year dated 17th October 2015 complaint number 1510B170216 for the onida television ( there was black spot on screen) which was purchased from you guys. Surprised to heared that call got closed without resolution. That time the television was well under warranty.

Again on 25th June 2016 i have registered complaint (1606B253721) as screen were totally blank and no volume. The technician called me once and asking me to bear the charges which i don't want to, as earlier complaint which was registered in 2015 stands unresolved (under warranty period). It's been month now after that I'm chasing your team to update on the issues, every time they are putting it on feedback but no movement.

Once again I'm requesting you please look into this and resolved it asap or else i don't have an option to escalate it to higher up.
