Vijay Sales — Non Corporation for getting services from Videocon

Sir/mam,

We have purchased VIDECON FRIDGE on 10 may 2016(Serial number DRG004, model number :VPP60ZPS) from vijay sales(Rajouri Garden) . As we were assured by VIJAYSALES sales person that VIDEOCON give very prompt services only then we decided to purchase the above brand fridge .

On 23th August, the refrigerator was started on and off intermittently .We swiched off it and called Videocon customercare . We received a message with ref no. DEL[protected] on 23/8/2016 at 6:59 pm .Next day MR Naresh from Videocon came and informed us that an electric part needs to be replaced .He informed the company in front o[censored]s .Then the real picture of company came in live .We inquire customer care about this . They said we have no access on sales department . We can simply write another complaint . They provide us numbers like

1. Mr. Hemant [protected](service centre head )

2. Mr Rajesh [protected]

3. Mr bansi lal [protected]

4. Mr. Satish[protected]

5. service centre land line[protected] every time not reachable)

but this number never picked . If by chance picked they replied. Pl call me after 1 hour.Next time when we called them they never picked.

From 24 August till day, It is become my routine to spend one to two hours daily on phone to purse the above matter . In response of that I am keep getting new complaint numbers which are as follows

2. DEL[protected] ON 24/8/2016 AT 12:49 pm

3. DEL[protected] on 24/8/2016 to be serviced by BALWANT at 1:23 pm

4. DEL[protected] on 24/8/2016 to be serviced by RAJU at 1:29 pm

5. DEL[protected] on 24/8/2016 to be serviced by BALWANT at 1:30 pm

6. DEL[protected] on 26/8/2016 at 5:11 pm to be serviced by Faiyaz on 27/8/16 at 6 pm

7. DEL[protected] on 27/8/2016 at 9:06 pm

8. DEL[protected] on 28/8/2016 at 11:27 pm to be serviced by BALWANT at 1 pm

9. DEL[protected] on 30/8/2016 at 10:05 am

10. DEL[protected] on 30/8/2016 at 11:23 pm to be serviced by BRIJ on 27/8/16 at 6 pm

11. DEL[protected] on 31/8/2016 at 1:05 pm to be serviced by brij on 31/8/16 at 4 pm

Till today our refrigerator is in non working condition and there in no hope of its repairing .

Due to the above factors I am fed up with the drastic services of Videcon and I am not willing to use their product in future. I request you to take back your product and refund me the money which I paid with interest in two days. Otherwise I will see you through consumer court and also display the above picture in social media .

Note: Sending one copy of same email to VIJAY SALES also who has participated in selling this bad product in market. I believe they must stand with me to collect back my money from VIDEOCON.
