[Resolved] Vijay Sales — Not providing the Remote Control of A.C. | |||
I have bought an A.C. (1 tone Carrier Aircon) from Vijay Sales on 6th June 2015. On 10th June their technician (Shri Vipin) came to install it. When the box was tear open remote was not there. I am calling Shri Ravinder on daily basis, I also talked to Floor Manager Ms. Jyoti. Very day they promise to deliver the remote but till date (1st July 2015) it has not been delivered.
